To begin with, what you need to do is to wash and dry 30 grape or cherry tomatoes. After that you need to place them in a small baking dish and then pour a spoonful of olive oil over them. They are to be then baked at a temperature of 450°F for about 15 minutes. Roasted Fish This meal is good for those who want a slimmer waist line. The fat amount in fishes is already low; even that is made of the healthy omega 3 fatty acid variety. Hence, roasted fish are good for health. Even fish with high fat content can be roasted with a bit of olive oil. According to research studies, this would not increase the fat amount content of the fish by a huge margin. The increase would be only about 10 per cent, which is quite insignificant. Thee method of preparing roasted fish is extremely simple. You need to coat a baking dish with some olive oil. Inside it you need to place fresh fish fillets, weighing approximately 1⁄3 pound per serving. Sprinkle over them the juice of a small lemon. Prepare a paste of 1 clove garlic (crushed) and 1⁄8 teaspoon ground red pepper. Spread it evenly over the fish fillets. Roast the fish skin-side down in an oven preheated to a temperature of 450°F. However, you will have to maintain the internal temperature of the fish to about 145°F. Once done, decorate it with a quarter cup of chopped parsley.
