A Parable on Weight Loss
Weight loss is the loss for which you generally pay!
This is the one loss, about which you are happy and gay!

One of my friends always used to complain, what should I do? Half of my salary is spent on clothing! I never paid much attention to his statement. I thought he is one of those, who always grumble. Only on the day I attended a function in his house I realized the truth of his statement.

His was a compact family, two daughters a son, and his wife! Each of them was fatter than the other! It was almost like if they gained one more inch, they would burst! Pity my lean and tall friend. It was a frightful existence for him. Leading life in that elephantine ambience!

As for his family members, it must have been a struggle to survive. Carrying the weight of their awesome bodies!

The subject of weight loss brings about a sense of anticipation to the affected people. Another friend of mine used to say, I am prepared to do anything to lose weight, but please don't tell me to control my diet. I can not bear my hunger. I would think to myself. My friend, if you known the reason for your massive girth and also know the remedy, but are not willing to implement it, there is no one who can help you!

Just thinking about weight loss, without taking tangible steps to face it boldly, is not going to solve the issue. The march from obesity to normal size requires tremendous sacrifice! You must develop the will to starve yourself, if you are to make a beginning on the path to weight loss.

Exercise! Well, this is the golden letter of eight words, to those who are sincerely inclined to achieve the goal of weight loss. On the efficacy of this method to reduce weight, there is no dispute between the scientists and the spiritualists (the yoga people). It is a common meeting ground between two groups if almost diametrically opposite opinions!
