A balanced diet is one that includes healthy vegetables and fruits. A balanced diet can also emphasize on fewer carbohydrates and fats. It does not recommend that you stop eating altogether or live on salads. The underlying word is balance.

Remember that  you should eat the right quantities of different foods. Lack of vitamins and minerals can make you ill and weak. Losing weight does not mean that you lose the glow and vitality from your face. It is very important to eat a balanced diet in case you are suffering from obesity.
