As proved by a recent study, people pursuing moderate exercise such as walking or cycling daily over a course of say one week shed more fat than people who go through a single intense session at the gym in a week.

Here are some tips about non-formal exercises that are very useful to burn those extra calories. For example, you can use the stairs instead of the elevator or you can dance away the extra fat by switching on upbeat music. All such activities help you to burn fat.

If you are too fat and too unfit a person, you should avoid all intense, hard, strenuous exercises as weight loss will not be immediate. Begin a gentle regime such as walking at a pace that gets your heart rate up slightly but which does not leave you feeling too puffed out. Mix exercise with an easy body-toning program. Over the time, your fitness will improve and you can make the work you do harder and harder.

Being active and carrying out household chores can also benefit you greatly, without any costs.

In trying to lose weight in an instant, you could end up making a hole at your pocket for say fees of the gym or cost of the equipments etc. Instead, you could end up saving a fortune and lose weight in the process. For example, you can save on petrol if you prefer to walk a reasonable distance; you can save on a cleaner, if you do your own household chores; or dig a patch to grow own your vegetables in your garden thereby saving again.

You just need to exercise to weight loss!
