In a similar research conducted in other parts of Switzerland, it was proved that the caffeine in the green tea is an excellent reducer of the weight. This makes the green tea as one of the most effective agents to treat excess weight.

There was a recent study conducted by Arkopharma Labs at Carros, France. They conducted the experiment on the green tea extract called AR25 in this historical city of France. These experts showed that this green tea extract is a very effective cure for obesity. They performed this test with eighty percent ethanol concentrate of the green tea extract with the standard 25 percent catechins.  

Of course just drinking green tea and not taking care of your diet is not going to help you to reduce weight. This beverage can work wonders if you watch what you eat and exercise regularly.
