Instead of that, you must diet for one or two days. On that day, you must have fruit diet, vegetarian diet and opt for low fat recipes. After one or two days, you can eat whatever you want. In this way, intake of excessive calories and fat will decrease. Your body will get nutrition and at the same time, you not over eat. This is a fast and easy way of losing weight.

Then other best thing is to workout, this will help you to burn weight. Giving right time to exercising will also help you in fast weight loss.
